Buying a house is so fricking expensive. I just found that to buy a £425,000 house as a first time buyer, I’d have to pay £6,250 in stamp duty! What a rip off.
Not only do I have to save a £21,500 deposit, I’ll also have to save that £6k more to give to HMRC. Property in this country is ridiculous.
