Doing it for the pay check

Every morning I have to remind myself why I’m doing the work I’m doing. I will otherwise lose focus on the fact that the point is to save as much as I can towards this deposit. So far I’ve got £3,000 to put towards it meaning I need between £13,500 – £22,000 more to meet my target. Although I still have doubts as to whether I ultimately want to buy a house which will tie me down to having to pay a monthly mortgage of over £1,000 a month, as I said before I at least have to do the ground work and prepare myself. I have to keep reminding myself of this whenever I start hating what I do and feel like packing it in.
