So August has been blown up.
I have spent £2327 so far and there are seven days left in the month. My budget was £1650. To be fair, I’ve never come in under that amount yet this fiscal year.
I really need to use my budget better.
I find I’m just buying things I need. I’m sure they are all legitimate things but there’s no planning going on— just spend as you need, and surely that is a recipe for disaster.
I will conduct a post-mortem at the end of the month but I already know I’ve busted budget again. In fact, it’s my worst spending month on record! ???? Not one to be proud of. I definitely have to come up with a better approach to managing my spending.
