Today wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been. I ended up spending £32 leaving me with £171.46 for the last five days of the month. As mentioned I have a big subscription payment pending (I think it’s going to drop this month, but it may very well drop next month) so most of that balance (£120 worth) is for that. I’m hoping the payment comes through next month so that I can use that money this month. We will see.
We’re still riding just over budget. I’m out tomorrow so anticipate some heavy expense still but the goal as always is to minimise it as far as possible.
Next month I want o let my budget dictate spending rather than the other way round – so I’ll be looking to make decisions based on what I’ve budgeted for and that alone. At least that is my goal.
